This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders placed on KartUp (kartup.store) are delivered.
1. Free delivery across India
We offer free delivery on all orders within India, with no minimum order value. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, inclusive of all taxes.
2. Order processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
- Every product is quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.
3. Delivery time
- Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Deliveries to remote locations, hilly regions or the North-East may take up to 10 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, courier issues, festivals, strikes or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking number by email and/or SMS. You can also contact us any time for an update on your order.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available at most serviceable pincodes at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD availability is confirmed at checkout.
6. Delivery address and attempts
- Please make sure your full address, pincode and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails after all attempts, the order is returned to us. Prepaid orders returned this way are refunded in full.
- We currently cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
7. Damaged packages
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video, and contact us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or refund as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. International orders
We also ship to selected countries at a flat international shipping rate shown at checkout. International orders are usually delivered in 10–20 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
